These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Mark4 and the User. By accessing www.mark4.ge or utilizing our ERP software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates becoming effective immediately upon posting.

Mark4 provides a comprehensive suite of business management tools, including:

• Warehouse Management (WMS): Inventory tracking and logistics optimization.
• Point of Sale (POS): Transaction processing and retail management.
• HR & Operations: Employee management and payroll modules.
• Specialized Solutions: Restaurant management and other industry-specific tools.

Service availability, features, and support levels are strictly governed by the specific Subscription Plan selected by the user.

• Accuracy: Users must provide current, complete, and accurate information during the registration process.
• Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your legal responsibility.
• Unauthorized Use: You must notify Mark4 immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Mark4 integrates advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to provide predictive analytics and process optimization.

• Nature of Output: All AI-generated data, forecasts, and suggestions are provided for informational and advisory purposes only.
• User Autonomy: The final responsibility for any business decision, financial commitment, or operational change lies solely with the User. Mark4 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights.

All proprietary content, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, UI/UX design, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive property of Mark4.

• Restrictions: Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit written consent.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Mark4 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or profits due to technical downtime.
• Force majeure events or third-party service failures (e.g., ISP outages, cloud hosting disruptions).
• Maintenance windows, which will be communicated to users in advance whenever possible.

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. Service cancellation is available at any time through account settings.

Mark4 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform.
